• If your application is rejected by the educational institution, you will receive a full refund of the service fee.
• If your application is accepted by the educational institution and you choose to withdraw, there will be no refund of the service fee.

12. STUDY ABROAD SERVICES

Our study abroad services are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

• ELIGIBILITY: You must meet the eligibility criteria set by the educational institution for which you are applying. We will not be responsible for any decision made by the educational institution regarding your admission.
• FEES: Our fees for study abroad services will be discussed with you and set out in a separate agreement. Any fees paid to us are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• APPLICATION PROCESS: We will assist you with the application process, including filling out application forms, submitting documents, and communicating with the educational institution. However, the final decision regarding your admission rests with the educational institution.
• ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL: We can assist you with arranging accommodation and travel, but we do not guarantee the availability or quality of such services.
• CANCELLATION: If you cancel your study abroad application or withdraw from the educational institution after being accepted, you may be subject to penalties or fees imposed by the educational institution or our agency.
• HEALTH AND SAFETY: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary health and travel insurance and meet any other health and safety requirements set by the local Government and the country you are traveling to.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
